Senator Woelfel moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill 388—A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding a new section, designated §18-9I-1, relating to requiring a public elementary or secondary school to make both the Aitken Bible and the Catholic American Bible available to certain classrooms; specifying funds that can and cannot be used for this purpose; and clarifying that the requirement applies to public charter schools.
